Snowmass Resort, located in the Colorado Mountains, is a luxury ski resort in Snowmass Village consisting of the original multi-story split-level hotel, conference center, 4 free-standing hotel buildings, and portion of the village market. An extensive building envelope remediation and renovation project was completed based on a building envelope survey performed earlier in the year by K&A. Based on our information presented in our report components of the building envelope affected by the remediation included stucco, EIFS, metal wall panels, split-slab waterproofing, storefront systems, exterior sealants, metal roof and wall panels, and various low-sloped roof systems. Phase I was completed later in the year with phase II scheduled to commence the following Spring.
