Rampart Construction constructed a new apartment in Houston, TX. The apartment complex consisted of 11-buildings with facades generally consisting of cultured stone and stucco, and an asphalt shingle roof with an approximate slope of 4:12. Construction also included two above-grade multi-level parking garages.

K&A provided peer reviews for below-grade waterproofing, split-slab, through-wall flashing, cladding, fenestration flashings, vertical and horizontal expansion joints, tie-ins of dissimilar components, weather seals, and the roof system. K&A also provided quality assurance site observations.
