Your Projects Deserve To Be In Good Hands
The Building Envelope Is Our Only Focus
High Standards
We simply go above and beyond on everything we do. Our work speaks for its self.
Old School Values
Our word is our word and when we set out to get something done, it gets done. We set out to be honest in our work and believe in treating our customers in the fashion we would want to be treated.
Our Tenents:
01. Teamwork
We are part of a team, which includes the owner, design, and construction teams. Teamwork is as much an attitude as it is action. We strive to achieve one goal, the conclusion to a successful project.
02. Problem Solvers
Finger pointing is easy. Way too easy. Rather, we focus on identifying issues and concerns then work with the team to develop effective solutions. The time to solve problems is while they are exposed and not after construction.
03. Communication
Communication is more than a written report with photographs submitted 2 weeks later. It is an active and intentional process that begins upon our arrival and concludes with project closeout. It is an open dialogue with the general contractor announcing our arrival, our intention for the site visit, asking if there are any questions, then performing an exit interview prior to departure. This is followed-up with our written report approximately 3 business days after completing the site visit.
